Rare lounge chair attributed to Franco Albini, Italy, 1940s. Likely an early or artisanal variant of the Fiorenza model 432, predating Cassina’s production. Executed in solid cherry wood with preserved patina, the sculptural frame reflects Albini’s architectural approach and structural clarity. Reupholstered in off-white velvet with tufted backrest and over-padded armrests, the chair combines comfort with modernist form.
