Max Ingrand 2079 ceiling lamp Fontana Arte Italy 1960

Max Ingrand for Fontana Arte, pair of ceiling lamps, model 2079, Italy, circa 1960. Each lamp comprises a gold-oxidized brass structure supporting five asymmetrically overlapping crystal glass rings, centered by a tubular fixture with white milk glass diffuser and perforated metal ring. The design produces a sculptural interplay of light across the glass edges, exemplifying Fontana Arte’s craftsmanship in glass and metal.
