Set of ten 'Red Chair' dining chairs

Originally designed in 1928, Kaare Klint’s Red Chair is among his most iconic works, exemplifying his mastery of proportion, materiality, and craftsmanship. This set, produced in the 1970s, adheres to the original design. Crafted from mahogany with patinated Niger leather upholstery, the chairs display rich warmth and character. Angular frames contrast with supple leather seats, while brass nailhead trim underscores Klint’s refined detailing. First created for the Danish Museum of Art & Design, the Red Chair remains a landmark of modernist furniture, blending classical inspiration with functionalist clarity.
